EARLY CAREER · 1 TO 3 YEARS
You will help keep the operating day organized across a growing management platform. You will help turn a full calendar, a fast moving pipeline, and many small decisions into a day that feels clear and under control.
YOUR MANDATE
Protect focus, create follow through, and make important work easier for the people responsible for it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare meeting briefs, action logs, research notes, and weekly priorities.
- Coordinate scheduling, travel, documents, and communication with discretion.
- Notice what is missing and move it forward before it becomes urgent.
WHAT YOU BRING
Clear writing, strong organization, curiosity, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to ask a useful question.

Acquisition Manager
MANAGER · 5 OR MORE YEARS
You will help define where Rock Asset looks next. This is a front end investment role for someone who can build broker trust, read a market quickly, and carry an opportunity from first conversation to a clear recommendation.
YOUR MANDATE
Build a disciplined acquisition pipeline and improve the quality of every investment decision.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Source and qualify commercial real estate opportunities across the US focus markets.
- Lead underwriting, market research, diligence coordination, and investment committee materials.
- Build relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and local operating partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
Five or more years in acquisitions, investment sales, underwriting, or a related real estate role, with clean financial thinking and commercial judgment.

Capital Markets Manager
MANAGER · 5 OR MORE YEARS
Capital is a relationship business as much as a numbers business. You will help translate asset plans into financing strategies that are credible to lenders, equity partners, and the people operating the asset.
YOUR MANDATE
Build the capital relationships and financing pathways that let good assets move at the right pace.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shape debt and equity strategies for acquisitions, improvements, and recapitalizations.
- Prepare lender materials, manage diligence requests, and coordinate closing processes.
- Maintain a thoughtful network of banks, private lenders, family offices, and capital partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
Five or more years in capital markets, commercial lending, structured finance, or real estate investment, plus calm negotiation and strong written communication.

Property Manager
MANAGER · 5 OR MORE YEARS
The Property Manager is the person who turns an asset plan into a reliable experience for tenants, owners, vendors, and the wider team. You will be trusted with the details that determine whether a building performs in real life.
YOUR MANDATE
Lead day to day performance across a commercial portfolio and make operations feel intentional.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own budgets, tenant relationships, vendor performance, service standards, and reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, capital work, compliance, and emergency response.
- Work with leasing and asset management to improve occupancy, experience, and value.
WHAT YOU BRING
Five or more years in commercial property management, strong tenant empathy, operational discipline, and the ability to solve issues before they become patterns.

Property Engineer
PROFESSIONAL · 3 OR MORE YEARS
Buildings tell you what they need when you know how to listen. You will protect performance through preventive maintenance, clear documentation, and technical decisions that make the asset safer and more reliable.
YOUR MANDATE
Keep building systems dependable while helping the management team understand technical risk and opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan and perform inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Track building systems, life safety requirements, energy performance, and capital needs.
- Translate technical conditions into clear recommendations for property and asset management.
WHAT YOU BRING
Three or more years in commercial building operations or engineering, hands on competence, safety first thinking, and pride in the physical asset.

CRE Accountant
PROFESSIONAL · 3 OR MORE YEARS
Good decisions need numbers that people trust. You will own property level accounting and reporting while helping investment and operations teams see what is happening early enough to respond well.
YOUR MANDATE
Make the financial story of each asset accurate, timely, and useful.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage reconciliations, monthly close, financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Support property managers with payables, receivables, tenant charges, and reporting questions.
- Improve the clarity and consistency of accounting processes as the platform grows.
WHAT YOU BRING
Three or more years of commercial real estate accounting, strong Excel and systems fluency, accuracy, and the judgment to ask the second question.

Accounts Payable Specialist
PROFESSIONAL · 2 OR MORE YEARS
A dependable payment process is part of how a platform earns trust. You will keep invoices, approvals, vendor records, and payment cycles moving with precision and respect for the people on the other side.
YOUR MANDATE
Create a clean, responsive, and auditable foundation for daily operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Process invoices, verify coding, route approvals, and maintain accurate vendor records.
- Resolve discrepancies with property teams, suppliers, and accounting partners.
- Help document and improve workflows as Rock Asset Management scales.
WHAT YOU BRING
Two or more years in accounts payable or accounting operations, strong attention to detail, reliability, and a service minded approach.

Leasing Manager
MANAGER · 5 OR MORE YEARS
Leasing is where market knowledge becomes occupancy, tenant quality, and momentum. You will build the commercial story of each asset and bring the right people into the conversation.
YOUR MANDATE
Turn market intelligence into leasing activity and long term occupancy outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop leasing plans, broker relationships, prospect pipelines, and reporting.
- Partner with property and asset management on pricing, tenant experience, and space readiness.
- Lead negotiations with a clear view of both the immediate deal and the asset’s future position.
WHAT YOU BRING
Five or more years in commercial leasing or brokerage, energy, market fluency, disciplined pipeline management, and a strong sense of story.

Chief Engineer
SENIOR LEADER · 7 OR MORE YEARS
The Chief Engineer sets the technical standard for a growing platform. You will lead through expertise, create confidence in the operating plan, and help the team make better decisions about buildings, people, cost, and risk.

Build a culture of safe, efficient, and accountable engineering across the portfolio.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set standards for building operations, life safety, maintenance, energy, and capital projects.
- Coach engineers and vendors while creating consistent technical reporting.
- Translate physical conditions into clear risk, cost, and performance choices for leadership.

Seven or more years in commercial building engineering, deep systems knowledge, leadership presence, and calm under pressure.

SENIOR LEADER · 7 OR MORE YEARS
The Controller will build the financial control architecture behind Rock Asset Holding and Rock Asset Management. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to make the numbers more accurate, more useful, and more connected to the operating reality.

- Lead close, reporting, controls, forecasting, cash management, and audit readiness.
- Build scalable policies and systems across holding company and property operations.

Seven or more years in controllership, real estate finance, public accounting, or a related leadership role, with technical authority and clear communication.
