Over the years, we ran a portfolio of more than 300 million and built a track record across acquisition, repositioning, and hands-on asset management. Now we are taking that operating discipline into a completely new market.
In June 2026, Rock Asset officially begins its next chapter in the United States. Houston is our first point of focus, with the wider US as our long-term horizon.
Our in-house management platform, Rock Asset Management, brings that operating discipline directly into the assets and partnerships we build.
