Dr. Reza Zahedi is a seasoned entrepreneur and civil engineer with a distinguished career spanning real estate investment, asset management, and corporate leadership.
As the Founder and Chairman of Rock Asset Holding, he brings over a decade of expertise in identifying, transforming, and managing high-value commercial properties across Germany’s dynamic real estate markets.
In 2014, Dr. Zahedi established Rock Asset GmbH with a clear vision: to build a company rooted in precision, strategic growth, and value creation.
Under his leadership, Rock Asset has successfully planned, acquired, and repositioned a diverse portfolio of major commercial assets, consistently delivering superior returns and sustainable value to investors.
Expanding his strategic vision internationally, Dr. Zahedi also founded The Zahedi Company Inc., headquartered in Delaware, USA.
Through this U.S. subsidiary, he extends Rock Asset’s expertise into one of the world’s largest and most dynamic real estate markets, strengthening the group’s global reach and investment capabilities.
Beyond his leadership roles, Dr. Zahedi is actively engaged as an investor in various companies across the real estate and finance sectors, demonstrating a broad entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
